About In-Session EMDR Phase-Based Resources

As a fellow EMDR professional working with the special population of children and youth, I'm excited to share this collection of resources designed for EMDR Therapists like us! Whether you're a newbie, or a seasoned EMDR therapist I created these resources to help all EMDR therapists facilitate with ease, purpose and confidence to support therapeutic success "in-session".
Features:
-
Bright, bold, innovative, CHILD FRIENDLY resources designed with children and youth in mind.
-
A WIDE SELECTION of tools and worksheets available - choose the ones that best match your client needs and customize a phase-based activity book just for them.
-
THERAPIST GUIDES most resources come with an individual "Therapist Guide" which walks you through the practical piece of the activity and also discusses its purpose and relevance for facilitating.
-
MODIFICATIONS THAT MAKE SENSE based on the developmental stage of the child. In-Session resources are primarily for school-age children. There are also specific resources for teenagers.
-
Resources that include SCRIPTS give therapists the language to facilitate the activity.
-
INSTANT DOWNLOADS it's nice to have these resources at your fingertips so they are there right when you need them.
-
NEW RESOURCES are ADDED to the In-Session Collection REGULARLY! Subscribe to get notifications when new resources are available and to receive subscriber-only FREE resources quarterly.
Benefits:
-
INCREASE THERAPEUTIC SUCCESS: In-Session worksheets make EMDR therapy easier for therapists to facilitate and are also appealing to kids - keeping their attention, getting them to engage and increasing buy-in and the likelihood of therapeutic success.
-
TIME SAVING: most therapists don't have the time to develop elaborate worksheets in the day-to-day hustle and bustle. In-Session offers you pre-made EMDR worksheets you can easily access and rely on.
-
SESSION FOCUS: if you work with children you know that it doesn't take much at times to get caught up in a chaotic session. Or with teens you can sometimes get stuck in a loop, or with the issue of the day. Using the resources gives you direction and focus in therapy and helps you practice more intentionally.
-
TRACK YOUR WORK: when you've created a workbook for your client its easy to see right where you left off and for you and the child to see all the progress they've made and perhaps even show them what activity is coming up for the following week.
-
GAIN CONFIDENCE: new practitioners will gain confidence as they work through the resources and learn to facilitate the 8 phases of EMDR with children and youth. Seasoned practitioners will appreciate its appeal to kids, ease of use and modifications that still adhere to the fidelity of the standard protocol
