EMDR Phase 2: Reverse Container: My Gifts (3pgs)

 This is like a reverse container exercise, in the sense that they are saving these precious memories in a container to recall good feelings, images, thoughts etc. Children will recall good memories from their past to remind themselves of thier personal strengths and or successes to help with self soothing, changing perspective and or building self-confidence.
