Tara Background
Starting a woman's group has been a goal of mine since I became an RCC and founded Kindred Counselling. I have done a lot of programming focused on children and teen girls at-risk in my career as a youth worker. I tailored my grad studies to female developmental issues including developing and running an empowerment group for women with children who have special needs.
I like working with women and helping them become the women they want and are meant to be. Taking the time to self-reflect, reassess, dig deep, learn new things relevant to women in your developmental stage, are all things we are going to do in this group. I am so excited to be a part of this and cannot wait to start this life changing group!
